Firstfute was founded by Jairon Feliciano Damásio, a former professional football player with many years of experience in international football. He played in different countries and understands how football really works, both on the pitch and outside the pitch.
After finishing his playing career, he decided to work with players in a different way. His goal is to help players make better decisions, avoid common mistakes, and think about their future. Today, he works closely with players, based on trust, honesty, and respect for their careers and lives.
